All orders placed online will receive a 'ONLINE ORDER NOTIFICATION' within 30 mins. The email confirmation will be directed to the email address associated with your account. This is an automated email so please do not reply, for any queries please email sales@augustenoel.co.uk It is important at this stage to check that all products, pricing and quantity details are correct.

This website is for trade customers only. However, if there is a specific product you are looking for, please contact our sales department on +44 (0)20 8854 3500 and we will endeavour to provide details of a stockist in your area.

Your account name will be the email address we have registered on your account. The Password will be detailed on your welcome email/letter. If you have forgotten your password please follow the link, and a email will be sent to you to change the password on your account. Alternatively please call the office and we can change the registered email or issue a new password.

Please report any incorrectly delivered item(s) to our sales department on +44 (0)20 8854 3500 quoting your invoice number and account reference. We will arrange for collection of the item(s) as soon as possible.

Yes, some of our products may be ordered in half case quantities. Please put any request for a 'half case' in the 'special instruction' section when completing your purchase. Any products we are unable to split our sales department will let you know within 24 hours (1 working day), so you can decide to remove the case or indeed purchase a whole case.

Please contact us as soon as possible and certainly within 3 working days, on +44 (0)20 8854 3500 with your invoice number and account reference, and details of damaged item(s). If your order is delivered by third part carriers we may require photographs to be emailed across to us, to help with the claim.

Within our own van delivery area, London and the South East (Zone 1), the minimum order for free delivery is £200.00 excluding VAT. For the rest of the U.K., please refer to our 'Delivery' information page, where a full list is detailed.
